  • 5 bananas (very ripe)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Mash up bananas, mix in sugar and oil.

    Add sieved flour and mix it and the rest of the main ingredients together.

    Pour into a well-greased 2-pound bread loaf tin, sprinkle topping on top.

    Place bread tin into a casserole dish with a cup of water in it, and bake at 325F for 40 minutes.

    Remove from oven, put foil over the loaf, and bake for another 40 minutes.
