- 12 cup shortening
- 1 12 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped fine
- 3 -8 ounces cream cheese (optional)
Directions

1Mix sugar, egg and shortening.

2Blend flour, salt and baking soda.

3Mix with sugar mixture until blended.

4To this add the bananas, vanilla and nuts.

5Put in a loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
