  • yellow deluxe Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese with 2 eggs; add mashed bananas. Add 1/2 of dry cake mix to mixture and mix; then add remaining dry mix to mixture.

    Add vanilla/butternut flavoring and nuts.

    Pour into 2 (8 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
