  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
  • 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
