  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In large mixer bowl place flour, bananas, sugar, eggs, oil, baking soda, vanilla and salt and mix at low speed.

    Beat until blended.

    Fill paper liners 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
