- 1/4 c. Walnut oil
- 1 x Egg
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Vital gluten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1/2 c. Minced Apricots
- 1/2 c. Toasted walnuts
