Banana Date Shake

  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 3 whole Large Medjool Dates, Pitted And Chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 whole Ripe Banana
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg For Garnish (optional)

Directions

    Add milk and dates to a blender and pulse to break up dates into tiny pieces. Add ice cream and banana (broken apart) and blend on high until well-blended. Add a little milk if too thick or a little ice cream if too thin.

    Pour into large glasses and sprinkle nutmeg over the top, if desired.
