- 1/4 cups Milk
- 3 whole Large Medjool Dates, Pitted And Chopped
- 1-1/2 cup Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 whole Ripe Banana
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg For Garnish (optional)
Directions

1Add milk and dates to a blender and pulse to break up dates into tiny pieces. Add ice cream and banana (broken apart) and blend on high until well-blended. Add a little milk if too thick or a little ice cream if too thin.

2Pour into large glasses and sprinkle nutmeg over the top, if desired.
