- 4 whole Bananas (ripe)
- 1/2 cups Sugar, Granulated
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons, All-purpose Flour
- 4 cups Oil, For Frying
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar ( For Sprinkling On Top After Fried)
Directions

1Smash bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix until combined.

2Heat oil for frying. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of batter into hot oil and fry until done on the inside, which takes a couple minutes. We always test one first to gauge the time then do a bunch of them. These have a tendency to be dark because of the banana and sugar when cooked, so don't be alarmed.

3Once out of the fryer, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Enjoy!
