Banana Flax Bars

- 5 medium bananas
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 teaspoons Xylitol sweetener
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, blend bananas, sugar, Xylitol, and flax. When well blended, banana chunks are OK, add eggs one at a time until well blended. Add baking soda and flour.

3Scrape the inside of bowl to ensure that all ingredients are well mixed. Pour into baking pan (I used a 9x11 ceramic pan).

4Bake for 25 minutes.

5Frost with your favorite frosting (Mine is peanut butter!).
