  • 1 (5 ounce) package vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 9-inch baked pie crusts or 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust, cooled
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 12 cup thawed cool whip non-dairy whipped topping
  • lemon juice
