- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 14 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup canola oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture.

2Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.

3Pur batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
