  • 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
  • 34 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 14 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture.

    Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.

    Pur batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
