- 3-1/2 whole Ripe Bananas
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs (I Prefer Brown Eggs)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 3/4 cups Chopped Walnuts

1Set oven to 350°F and butter your loaf pan. Mash the bananas in a bowl until creamy, but some chunks are left. Set aside.

2Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.

3Beat together butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy, then add eggs one at a time. From this point on, just use a large spoon instead of a mixer. Stir in bananas, vanilla, and sour cream. Then stir in dry ingredients and walnuts.

4Pour mixture into buttered loaf pan, put on a baking sheet on the middle rack for about an hour until you can put a knife in and it's clean when you take it out.
