- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 c. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. chopped pumpkin
- 2 c. carrots
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- salt
