- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 egg
- 2 to 3 medium bananas
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a floured 8-inch loaf pan or two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.

3Measure all ingredients, scraping sides and bottom of bowl.

4Constantly pour into pans.

5Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing.
