Banana Nut Bread

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 3 to 4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 3 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, bananas and nuts. Add flour gradually. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Yield: 20 servings.
