- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. vanilla or banana instant pudding mix
- 1 c. water

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Generously grease and flour pan.

3Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.

4Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

5Bake at 350°.

6Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
