  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 pkg. jello banana instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; blend well.

    Blend for 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.

    Cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, or spread whipped topping.
