Banana Pudding Cake

  • 1 or 2 small bananas
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Mix bananas well or mash them. Add remaining ingredients and blend.

    Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

    Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.

    Cool on rack and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

    Can be baked in 13 x 9 for 50 to 55 minutes.
