- 1 or 2 small ripe bananas
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. (small) banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
Directions

1Slice bananas into large mixing bowl, beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients, blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.

2Pour into a well greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.

4Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.

5Remove from pan, sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
