  • 3 tablespoons marsala Garam
  • 1 onion
  • 3 ounces ground almonds
  • 3 ounces blanched almonds For Decoration
  • 4 cardamom
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 pint double cream Or Yoghurt

    Brown chicken and onion, add garam masala and seasoning 2.

    1/2 pt water boil, cover simmer 40 minstill cooked 3.add cream,remove bay leaf and cardamon, decorate with almonds and onions.
