- 1/2 medium banana, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. strawberry jam, melted
- 1/2 tsp. sunflower seeds
Directions

1On small plate arrange the banana as a banana split and brush each with 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.

2Spoon the cottage cheese onto the banana, pour the melted jam over the cheese and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
