  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks butter or oleo, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 large Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
  • chopped nuts, cherries and chocolate syrup

Directions

    Mix crumbs, 1 stick melted butter and granulated sugar.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine powdered sugar, pineapple juice and 1 stick melted butter.

    Beat and spread over crust.

    Slice bananas (rounds) over last layer.

    Spread pineapple over all and top with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
