  • 3 bananas
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. nuts
  • 1 small jar cherries

Directions

    Mix 1 stick melted margarine and graham cracker crumbs. Spread in 9 x 12-inch glass cake pan.

    Drain pineapple and spread. Mix eggs, 2 sticks margarine and powdered sugar with mixer for 15 minutes, then spread over pineapple, nuts and bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip; top with cherries.

    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
