  • 4 to 5 bananas
  • 2 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2 c. graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

    Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 stick melted butter and graham crumbs.

    Beat egg, 1 1/2 sticks butter and powdered sugar for 15 minutes.

    Spread over crust.

    Add sliced bananas that have been dipped in pineapple juice.

    Add crushed pineapple.

    Cover with Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
