Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 large and 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sugar (I use powdered)
  • 5 or 6 bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. pecan chips
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Melt butter and mix in graham cracker crumbs.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 5 minutes.

    Let cool. Cream the cream cheese and add sugar.

    Spread on graham cracker layer.

    Slice bananas thinly over cream cheese.

    Spread drained pineapple over bananas.

    Spread large container Cool Whip over this.

    Sprinkle pecan chips over and garnish with cherries.

    Chill and serve.
