Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 to 6 bananas
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • crushed nuts
  • cherries

Directions

    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with crust made of graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted oleo.

    Mix together confectioners sugar, eggs, 2 sticks oleo and vanilla.

    Beat until creamy and spread on crust. Spread crushed pineapple.

    Slice bananas lengthwise over pineapple.

    Frost with Cool Whip.

    Top with crushed nuts and cherries.

    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
