Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 can (large) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo (melted).

    Use a 10 x 3-inch pan.

    Press into crust and cool.

    Beat powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick oleo for 15 minutes.

    Spread over graham cracker crumbs.

    Slice bananas on top of mix.

    Spread crushed pineapple (not necessary to drain pineapple) over bananas.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Can be topped with cherries and/or nuts.
