  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 28 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 9 oz. tub whipped topping
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    In mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs with melted butter. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix sugar, eggs and 2 sticks butter and beat 15 minutes.

    Spread over cracker crumbs, then spread pineapple and bananas in layers.

    Add a layer of whipped topping.

    Sprinkle nuts on top; decorate with cherries if desired. Chill overnight.
