Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo margarine
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks oleo margarine (room temperature)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 or 4 bananas
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix together first 3 ingredients; press in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, oleo and powdered sugar.

    Beat no less than 15 minutes and spread over crust.

    Cover the top of the cake with sliced bananas.

    Spread crushed pineapple over this.

    Cover with Cool Whip and top with nuts and cherries.

    Chill.
