Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 stick margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 - 7 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • large tub of cool whip
  • chocolate syrup
  • chopped nuts
  • cherries

Directions

    Melt 1 stick margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press in bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.

    Combine first layer, 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs and mix at high speed at least 10 minutes, spread over crust.

    Slice bananas and spread over first layer, drain pineapple and spread over bananas.

    Spread cool whip over pineapple.

    Top with drizzled chocolate, nuts and halved cherries.

    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
