Banana Split Cake

- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 to 5 bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
- cherries (small jar)
- nuts, chopped
- 1 large container Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

2Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix 2 sticks of butter (not melted), eggs and confectioners sugar together.

4Mix for 15 minutes.

5Pour on top of graham crackers.

6Then slice bananas on top of mixture. Layer bananas.

7On top of bananas, put crushed pineapple.

8Spread Cool Whip on top.

9Garnish with cherries and nuts.

10Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

11Great for a hot summer day.
