- 2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. diet margarine
- 1 c. part-skim Ricotta
- 1 small box instant, sugar-free vanilla pudding
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients; pat into 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.

3Cool.

4Mix pudding and spread evenly over cooled crust.

5Arrange bananas, pineapple and Cool Whip in order given on top of pudding mixture; spread evenly.

6Refrigerate.

7Serves 8; each serving equals 1 bread, 1/2 protein, 1/2 fat, 1/8 milk, 3/4 fruit and 40 optional.
