  • 2 c. cookie crumbs or graham crackers
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 to 5 bananas
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 13 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Combine crumbs and butter and press into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

    In a medium bowl, combine eggs, 1 cup butter and powdered sugar.

    Beat 10 to 15 minutes until smooth; spread over crust. Slice bananas over this, then crushed pineapple, then Cool Whip, then nuts.

    Refrigerate 3 to 5 hours.
