  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo (room temperature)
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • liquid chocolate syrup
  • maraschino cherries
  • nuts

Directions

    Beat together egg whites, powdered sugar and oleo for 5 minutes.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Cut the bananas lengthwise and lay on top of egg mixture.

    Drain the pineapple and place on top of bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip on top.

    Garnish with nuts, cherries and chocolate syrup.

    Refrigerate before eating.
