  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 large can pineapple, drained
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • pecans, crushed

Directions

    Mix crumbs and one stick of melted butter for pie crust.

    Line bottom of pie pan.

    Beat eggs, 2 sticks soft butter and confectioners sugar for 10 minutes.

    Pour mixture into crust. Slice bananas and place on top of mixture, then add pineapple. Spread on Cool Whip and top with pecans.

    Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
