  • 1/4 c. oleo, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

    Beat oleo until creamy; beat in cream and sugar until smooth. Spread in pie shell.

    Slice banana; chop pineapple and pat dry with paper towels.

    Arrange banana and pineapple on top of cream mixture and press in firmly.

    Spread Cool Whip on pie and sprinkle with pecans and cherries.

    Refrigerate 2 hours and store in refrigerator after cutting.
