- 3 or 4 bananas
- raspberry or strawberry jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Line pie plate with pastry.

3Spread thinly with jam.

4Slice bananas and place in plate between layers of jam.

5*Make lattice cover by cutting rolled pastry into thin strips and crisscrossing over filling, if desired.

6Bake 15 minutes or until the pastry is brown.

7Serve hot or cold with hot custard sauce or cream.
