- 4 fish fillets (yellowtail or other fish)
- flour
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 bananas, cut in quarters lengthwise
- honey
- paprika
Directions

1Dredge fillets with flour and place in buttered baking pan. Mix butter and wine together and pour over fish.

2Place bananas on top of fish.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Baste.

5Brush each banana slice with honey and sprinkle with paprika.

6Broil for 5 minutes.
