  • 1/3 cup to 2/3 cup pancake mix with pudding mix
  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 slices of french bread or texas toast
  • Cooking spray
  • 1-2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • ****SYRUP
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped pecan
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of rum extract
