- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, lightly brown rice in butter.
