- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease a baking sheet.

3Put oats, flour and salt into a mixing bowl and stir with a fork to blend.

4Cut in margarine and cinnamon.

5Rub mix together until coarse bits form. Stir in the water and mix.

6Gather the dough and place on lightly floured board.

7Knead about 6 times.

8Divide the dough in half and pat each half into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.

9Cut each circle into pie shaped wedges.
-
10Place wedges on greased cookie sheet 1/2-inch apart.

11Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly colored.
