  • 3 pounds short ribs cut 2-3 inches long
  • onions 4 med., chopped
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

    Brown ribs in 2 tablespoons fat.

    Add onions and brown.

    Add rest of ingredients; cover and cook 2 hours or until tender.
