Barb'S Stuffed Spinach Shells

- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 lb. Brick cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained
- 1/2 box jumbo macaroni shells
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce (purchased or your own)
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; add spinach.

2Cook until completely thawed.

3Grate about 1/2 of cheese into meat-spinach mixture.

4Stir until cheese melts and mixture sticks together.

5Cool.

6Cook macaroni shells. Cool until they're comfortable to handle.

7Stuff with meat mixture (about a tablespoon in each shell).

8Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.

9Cover with remainder of Brick cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

10Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
