Barb'S Stuffed Spinach Shells

  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 lb. Brick cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained
  • 1/2 box jumbo macaroni shells
  • 1 qt. spaghetti sauce (purchased or your own)
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown meat; add spinach.

    Cook until completely thawed.

    Grate about 1/2 of cheese into meat-spinach mixture.

    Stir until cheese melts and mixture sticks together.

    Cool.

    Cook macaroni shells. Cool until they're comfortable to handle.

    Stuff with meat mixture (about a tablespoon in each shell).

    Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.

    Cover with remainder of Brick cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
