- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar

- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 can (1-1/4 lb.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine cake ingredients.

3Pour into a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

6Meanwhile, for icing, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, butter and vanilla in a small mixing bowl.
