Ingredients

  • 1 lb marshmallows
  • 2 (14 ounce) boxescrushed graham crackers
  • 34 cup chopped candied red cherries
  • 34 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 lb chopped dates
  • 12 cup apricot brandy
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 1 lb coconut
  • 3 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 12 cups ground pecans

Directions

    Melt marshmallows.

    (I use the microwave).

    In a large bowl, combine melted marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, whipping cream, and brandy.

    Stir in coconut.

    Stir in fruit and chopped pecans, reserving ground pecans for later.

    You will need to mix with your hands.

    Mix well.

    Shape into 6 inch rolls.

    Roll in ground pecans.

    Wrap in waxed paper; slide into ziplock bags.

    Refrigerate.

    Rolls will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
