Ingredients
- 1 lb marshmallows
- 2 (14 ounce) boxescrushed graham crackers
- 34 cup chopped candied red cherries
- 34 cup chopped candied pineapple
- 1 lb chopped dates
- 12 cup apricot brandy
- 12 cup whipping cream
- 1 lb coconut
- 3 cups chopped pecans
- 1 12 cups ground pecans
Directions

1Melt marshmallows.

3In a large bowl, combine melted marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, whipping cream, and brandy.

4Stir in coconut.

5Stir in fruit and chopped pecans, reserving ground pecans for later.

6You will need to mix with your hands.

7Mix well.

8Shape into 6 inch rolls.

9Roll in ground pecans.

10Wrap in waxed paper; slide into ziplock bags.

11Refrigerate.

12Rolls will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
