  • 1 3/4 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. cornstarch
  • 3/4 to 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cap full lemon extract

Directions

    Mix the butter until smooth; slowly add the sugar, eggs and the mixture of flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

    Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

    Bake 60 to 75 minutes in 350° oven.
