  • 2 1/2 lb. pork roast (shoulder or loin)
  • 2 1/2 lb. beef roast (chuck or arm)
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. tomato catsup
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. (1 jar) barbecue sauce

    Cook all together on simmer 6 to 8 hours. Can be frozen.
