- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 2 tsp. ground oregano
- salt to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet.

2Drain beef in colander to remove all grease.

3Place beef back in skillet with onion, celery, ketchup and oregano.

4Mix well.

5Add salt to taste.

6Simmer about 30 minutes or until flavors blend.

7(You may need to add a little more ketchup if too dry.)

8Stir often to keep from scorching.
