  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 16 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix together meat, breadcrumbs that have been moistened with the 1/4 milk, egg, cheese, parsley, garlic and peppers.

    Brown in heated oil until crisp and cooked.
