Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lb. pork loin roast
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid (from meat)
  • 20 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)

Directions

    Cook the meat until it falls apart.

    Pull apart or cut up large pieces.

    Put in a large pot and add the liquid from the cooked meat. Add the remaining ingredients.

    Simmer all together for 1 1/2 hours.
